The purpose of this contract is to provide for
the urgent development and modification of the Air Force Armament Center's
(AAC) C4I and munitions test and evaluation (T&E) systems and facilities,
under the responsibility of the 46th Test Wing's Technical Directorate.
This contract is intended to meet customer test requirements that cannot
be procured in a timely fashion using a separate procurement action. In
support of this objective, a high level of technical expertise is required
in system analysis, system engineering, and in particular, continuous
participation in the technological evolution of C4I, munitions, Directed
Energy (DE), and other T&E systems, facilities, and infrastructures.
