This BPA is used to procure Collection Support services for the Directorate for MASINT and Technical Collection (DT) and other DIA Operations. The BPAs key objectives that require support are Collection Support, Collection Evaluation and Analysis, Systems Engineering/Systems Integration, and Functional Support (Admin, PM, Life-cycle, Security C&A, T&E, and Acquisition). Under the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act, the BPA is a purchasing mechanism for the government to procure services directly from ZelTech using a rapid procurement cycle process.
