Electronic Systems Capability (Syracuse)

The purpose of this contract is to provide engineering and technical expertise to support the analysis that the National Air Intelligence Center (NAIC) is required to perform on electronic and electro-optic systems/subsystems of worldwide countries. Since many of these countries generally do not release information concerning their electronic and electro-optic systems/subsystems, NAIC must base analysis on ALL-SOURCE intelligence information. This information will be used to support assessments of foreign electronic capabilities and limitations. In addition, this effort will also enable NAIC to integrate electronic and electro-optic systems/subsystems characteristics and performance data, technology assessments, and intelligence data to develop engineering models.
