The purpose of this contract is to support the development
of the Civil Unpiloted Air Vehicle (UAV) Capability Assessment by:

Assisting in the identification of UAV-related user requirements
and UAV-related capabilities in the fields of earth science, homeland security,
land management, and other commercial applications, to include the requirements
and projected capabilities through the year 2015.

Performing a gap analysis between identified user requirements
and UAV-related capabilities.

Authoring portions of the draft and final document and
attending workshops, teleconferences, technical meetings, and document review
as required by Dryden Flight Research Center (DFRC)

Support the DFRC ROA Technology Development and
Missions Demonstration effort at DFRC with Zel Technologies' in-house expertise,
technology, and information associated with real-time Battlespace Management
and Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace.
