DIA BPA Defense HUMINT Contract

This BPA contract involves in-depth research, monitoring and tracking of various individuals, groups, or organizations. Data miners add information into an intelligence database used by analysts, collection managers, and reports officers throughout the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Collection Managers provide intelligence support to field collection elements and ensure collectors receive feedback and guidance on their operations and reporting. ZelTech personnel perform duties in tracking and monitoring various chemical and biological facilities, warehouses, and laboratories that are possible centers for performing the creation of and use by terrorists or government sponsored military illegal chemical or biological weapons against United States or Allied civilian or military personnel. .
