For over a decade, ZelTech has been leading efforts to synthesize data and automate correlation of seemingly unrelated activities in a effort to analyze, characterize, and predict enemy intent, hostile activity, and potential courses of action that put friendly forces at risk.

In 1999, ZelTech developed a software application call Automated Assistance with Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace, or A2IPB. A much-enhanced version is in use today and is designed to analyze scarce intelligence and situation data, enabling mission experts to define a particular problem or threat. A2IPB employs a proven predictive methodology that ensures all operational aspects of the situation and the environment are considered in analysis. It provides the ability to communicate time sensitive, actionable decision information rapidly to those who need it.

Upon declaration of a state of emergency by the President, Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) deploys Department of Defense (DoD) forces to:

Provide planning, action, deployment, and temporary military assistance to civil authorities to save lives and prevent injury.
Establish command and control of designated DoD forces to render assistance to the Lead Federal Agencies for Domestic Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear and high yield Explosive (CBRNE) consequence management operations.
