ZelTech Targeting Officers are located at Defense HUMINT Service (DH) Headquarters in Washington DC and coordinate with all field DH operators and organizations and all Defense Attaché Offices worldwide. They provide in depth research on locations, organizations, individuals, and agencies that assist in the development of intelligence opportunities and finished intelligence products.
