ZelTech is a leader in Measurement and Signature Intelligence
(MASINT) discipline. We have provided direct technical, programmatic, and
operational support to the Central MASINT Organization (CMO), the Central
MASINT Technical Coordination Office (CMTCO), the Defense Intelligence Agency,
the Air Force, and the combatant commands. We have over ten years experience
providing direct support to MASINT Research and Development (R&D) initiatives
and we have experience in all phases of the R&D process from basic research
to the transition of new technologies into operational capabilities. In support
of this process, we employ seasoned engineers, scientists, and specialists
with years of operational experience to ensure objective technical and program
management. We also provide test development, execution and analysis for these
programs, and have experience with airborne, maritime, and terrestrial environments.
