Zel Technologies Limited Liability
Company (ZelTech), Hampton, Va., is being awarded a $24,700,000 (estimated)
cost-plus-award-fee contract to provide design, development, integration,
test, documentation, and training development for the Time Critical Targeting
Functionality System. The contractor will also develop Time Critical Targeting
software applications for delivery to six Aerospace Operations Centers located
worldwide. At this time, $6,600,000 of the funds has been obligated.
The work is expected to be completed by April 2003 (Time
Critical Targeting Core Functionality) and December 2003 (Installations).
Solicitation began December 2000; negotiations were completed April 2001.
Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting
activity (F19628-01-C-0010).
