WHRO public television

Joe Bouchard of ZelTech’s Center for Homeland Security and Defense will appear on the WHRO live call-in program “It’s Your Call” Wednesday, February 23rd at 6:30 p.m. Joe will be offering commentary and answering viewer questions on America’s and Hampton Road’s readiness for a terrorist attack with a radiological weapon, commonly referred to as a “dirty bomb.” At 9:00 p.m. Wednesday evening, WHRO will broadcast the HBO movie “Dirty War.” Produced by the BBC, “Dirty War” tells the fictional story of a dirty bomb attack on central London, portraying with chilling realism the challenges that first responders face preparing for this threat and the catastrophic consequences of such an attack.
