Mr. Chuck Mitchell has been promoted to Vice President for Business Development and External Affairs for Zel Technologies, LLC. In this position, he is responsible for overseeing business development, civic outreach, public relations and corporate branding. Mitchell joined the company in 1995 after a 22 year career in the United States Air Force. Prior to this promotion, Mitchell was Director of Business Development for the company. In 2008, he also served as Chairman of the Board for the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
