Intelligence Preparation of the Battlespace for Predictive
Battlespace Awareness (IPB4PBA) is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity
(IDIQ) contract to advance the excellent work ZelTech has accomplished for
Air Force Research Lab, Rome, NY in developing a predictive analysis software
application named Automated Assistance with Intelligence Preparation of the
Battlespace (A2IPB).
We provide specific solutions to requirements as defined
in Task Orders and are required to meet the deliverables contained in each
Task Order within the prescribed delivery period. Intelligence Preparation
of the Battlespace (IPB) provides a systematic, continuous intelligence/operations
process to analyze challenges and opportunities presented to both friendly,
and threat forces by a specific geographic area and is key to supporting battlespace
awareness. Applying the IPB process helps the commander determine the threat's
likely course(s) of action (COAs) and selectively apply combat power at critical
points in time and space to take full advantage of enemy vulnerabilities.
ZelTech has automated the IPB process by using networking integration processes,
technologies and solutions, and developing a prototype that is DoDIIS certified
and currently being integrated into GCCS/I3. A2IPB products and information
support mission planning, execution, and command and control operations to
help establish and prioritize ISR collection and production during combat
operations. It will enable a commander and staff to visualize the full spectrum
of adversary capabilities and COAs across all dimensions of the battlespace.
