Under our Time-Critical Targeting
Functionality (TCTF) contract with the Air Force Electronics Systems Command
(ESC), we developed an enhanced capability to apply air power to time-sensitive
targets rapidly. We successfully participated in an Operations Assessment
of TCTF, conducted by the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center
(AFOTEC). The assessment involved installation, integration with a full range
of simulated real world sensor data, user training, and new test tools. We
continue to participate in Developmental Test and Operational Test (DT/OT)
events. We have moved through DT Functional testing, system administrator
training, and DT/OT involving training of and system use by real world users.
As work proceeds, we provide significant enhancements in
key areas. The enhancements accommodate Theater Battle Management Core System
(TBMCS) transition to Information Services. This includes advanced versions
of the Integrated C4ISR Software Foundation (ICSF) mapping toolkit and the
Multi-TADIL Capability and consists of more precise geolocation, transition
to TBMCS Information Services, improved collaboration functionality, and a
coalition releasability capability.
ZelTech continues to provide direct technical support
to the Command and Control Engineering and Integration Facility (CEIF) and
related facilities at ESC at Hanscom AFB. When the Air Force Suite of Models
(AFSOM) Support contract transferred from TRW to Raytheon; Raytheon requested
that ZelTech continue its involvement. This contract provides worldwide modeling
and simulation (M&S) support to the Air Force and enhances our M&S
qualifications.
