Mr. Ezzell is a George Mason University graduate, and holds a BS in Communications Mass Media. Prior to his transition into defense contracting, he spent 20 years in the entertainment sector where he specialized in content acquisition, quality control and multimedia deliverables.

Dr. Vanderlinde has supported the DOD with subject matter expertise and program management since 2004. He received his PhD from Florida State University in Biological Science through a joint program with the College of Engineering and the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory where he studied energy transport in disease state tissues using custom designed RF pulse sequences on a 600MHz superconducting wide bore magnet. After three years of post-doctoral work in cancer metastasis, he successfully transitioned his academic career to DOD services supporting programs as a subject matter expert in molecular sequencing, digital signal processing of satellite sensor data, nuclear detonation (NUDET) Prompt Diagnostics effects, neural network design, complex algorithm development, and program management. In his current role with ZelTech, Dr. Vanderlinde oversees ZelTech’s operations in support of customer contracts ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and he leads the company’s Internal Research and Development (IRAD) and Incubator Program (ZIP) fostering innovative technology development for both government and commercial markets.

Ms. Hughes, a graduate of Christopher Newport University, holds a BS in Accounting. She has held positions in both Accounting and Contract Administration including Administrator, Manager, Director and now Vice President. In the past 30+ years she has worked closely with Government, program management and industry personnel. In her current position she oversees Contract/Subcontract Administration and complete cost proposal preparation.

Mr. Newell has 13 years' experience in Business Development in GOVCON/the Defense Industry. He previously served as Sr. Strategy & Business Development Manager for General Dynamics Mission Systems, Cyber Systems Division. Prior to that Mr. Newell worked as Sr. Business Development Manager, Air Force Programs and Business Development Manager, Nuclear Security Portfolio for ADS Inc. He is an active member of AFCEA Hampton Roads Chapter and has a BS in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Old Dominion University.

Mr. White joined the company in 2019 and brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance within the government contracting industry. Over his career, he has held several leadership positions including Finance Manager, Division Controller, and Sector Controller. Mr. White holds two bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration (Financial Management and Information Technology) and an MBA. A strong family man, Mr. White has a wife and four daughters. Being raised on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, he is an avid outdoors-man who enjoys fishing, hunting, and sports. Mr. White, a man of positive values, is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, a US Army Veteran, and a partner at Mount Lebanon Baptist Church, in Chesapeake VA.

Mr. Popkin, an Old Dominion University graduate, holds a BS in Computer Science. He is charged with managing technology and change in the enterprise. He is also focused on compliancy and risk mitigation. He is a 2010 Leadership Institute of the Virginia Peninsula graduate and Midas Leadership Award Recipient.

Ms. Hurd became a part of the ZelTech team in July 2021.  She serves as the company representative for government, business, and community relations in her role.  Before joining ZelTech, Ms. Hurd served in federal and state politics as the military liaison to U.S. Senator Mark R. Warner and as a confidential assistant in the office of former Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe.  She is a 32-year Navy veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Park University and a Master of Science degree in Management from Troy University.   She currently serves as a board member for the Greater Peninsula Now, Hampton Federal Area Development Authority and the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Crawley-Dent is a native of Hampton Roads, VA. Her 20+ years of Human Resources experience includes government contracting, manufacturing, and professional services. In her role as Vice President of People and Culture, she oversees Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Development. Her passion is aligning business objectives with the employees’ needs.

Ms. Crawley-Dent is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources. She holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning with emphasis in Human Resources from Norfolk State University. She also has a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from the University of South Florida.

Ms. Crawford has managed legal affairs for privately and publicly held companies for over 22 years with 12 years of experience in the Government Contracting sector. After working for a private law firm, she began her in-house legal career in Silicon Valley. Ms. Crawford is responsible for providing and overseeing legal advice in support of the Company’s business. Ms. Crawford obtained her B.A. in English from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and attended Magdalen College in Oxford, England. She is a Board Member of the Virginia State Bar’s Intellectual Property Section.
