WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
This program is designed to obtain referrals from individuals not employed by ZelTech for Hot Jobs throughout the Company that have been approved for the External Referral Program Finder’s Fee.
The External Referral Bonus Program offers a $500 (gross) “Finder’s Fee” payment to a non-employee to help ZelTech meet current and future staffing requirements for positions that have been designated as “Hot Jobs”.
BY SUBMITTING A CANDIDATE

A non-employee can submit a candidate referral two (2) different ways: First, a non-employee must complete and submit the electronic External Referral Form on this page, or email the completed External Referral Bonus Form (PDF) to the ZelTech Recruiter at recruiter@zeltech.com. Next, the candidate being referred must apply to the open position in our Job Listings for consideration. In order to qualify, the position must be labeled as a “Hot Job” in the title of the position.
