ZelTech is a proud supporter of continued active service in the uniformed services of the United States in accordance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) guidelines. Working with local supervisors and Human Resources, active service employees can coordinate Military leave schedules and job responsibilities with the customer – ensuring seamless transition upon returning to work.

We are an active supporter of the Career Skills Program (CSP), where business partners gain access to highly qualified, skilled, and dedicated veterans through apprenticeships, on-the-job (OJT) training, employment skills training, and internships programs. ZelTech uses the program to help military personnel capitalize on training opportunities during their transition to post-service careers, and to link them up whenever possible with challenging opportunities available at ZelTech. Contact your local military Education Center to learn more.

ZelTech is also a Virginia Values Veterans certified company and recipient of the V3 Grant. The V3 Program helps employers develop and implement long-term strategies and nationally recognized best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining Veterans.
