ZelTech has supported intelligence operations at national agencies, regional military commands, and operational units worldwide for over two decades. We help orchestrate the tasking, collection, processing, analysis and dissemination of intelligence. We also introduce leading edge technologies to improve critical intelligence capabilities. ZelTech supports operations and training in single and multi-intelligence analysis with areas of expertise ranging from Human Source Intelligence (HUMINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Imagery and Full-Motion Video Intelligence (IMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT). Our Subject Matter Experts are force enablers that provide the warfighter with Essential Elements of Information (EEIs) and indicators to more precisely detect, characterize, locate, and track key targets and events.

Read Bio

Mr. Joshua Hellyer has 18 years of experience in the Intelligence Community as active duty military, DoD civilian, and contractor. Since 2007, he has worked in garrison and deployed supporting SOF ISR operations. His deployed experience focused on leveraging multiple intelligence disciplines simultaneously to provide targeting information to key decision makers. Mr. Hellyer has experience working with FMV, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, and GMTI. While in garrison, he applies lessons learned to develop training programs for ITC and FMV PED training programs. He holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership & Management and has completed the USAF Instructional System Development Course.
