ZelTech understands the nature of the work performed under the Seaport-e contract and we know that a quick response is often required to meet mission-critical, short notice tasking. We have a proven and effective processes for recruiting, hiring and retaining highly specialized, qualified and cleared personnel. Our recruiting personnel identify eligible candidates to fill emerging or high priority personnel vacancies. ZelTech’s support of Government Agencies in the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 tragedy demonstrates the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts. In response to an urgent need for personnel with specific expertise and clearances, ZelTech identified, interviewed and hired 35 people with Top Secret SCI Clearances, in less than one month.
